Once you have an established relationship with your Human Performance Coach you will work directly with them to create a customized cadence for your appointments. We can fit into most schedules and will work with you to make sure we have our follow up appointments set up. Any cancellations or rescheduling can also be done directly with your coach. You and your coach will discuss what communication pathway works best – email or phone works best typically.
