If this is not your first appointment and you are going to continue working with your current coach all you need to do is reach directly out to them and reschedule your appointment.
If you are looking to reschedule or cancel your first coaching appointment you have a couple ways to go about getting this done.
1. From the ADURO mobile app you can modify your appointment by tapping on the Me icon and then tapping "COACHING SCHEDULER” found just below your Habit's Completed chart. From there you can modify or cancel your existing appointment. Just look for your current appointment shown in yellow. Tap on the yellow box and choose "Cancel Appointment." Once cancelled you can then go back and schedule a new one appointment at your preferred date and time.
2. You would have also received an email confirming your initial appointment and introducing you to your coach. Within that email you will see both a phone number and an email to the coach whom you were assigned for this first appointment. You are more than welcome to contact them directly to either cancel or reschedule.
