If you are experiencing issues with syncing the scale to your mobile device, please try the following troubleshooting steps. Perform step 1 first, if they do not correct the issue, then try the step 2 and so forth.
Step 1
- Logout of the app and force close.
- Reset Bluetooth™ in your mobile device by turning off for 30 seconds and then back on.
- Replace batteries if the scale no longer turns on.
Step 2
- Starting from the ADURO mobile app, go to Menu.
- From Menu, select Devices.
- From Devices, select “Add Device”.
- From select Device page, find the “Smart Scale”.
- This will re-start the scale sync process and allow you to pair the Revive Smart Scale to your mobile device.
- Follow the instructional prompts on the mobile device and finish pairing the Revive Smart Scale to your mobile device.
- If at any time during the process it fails, repeat Step ,1 then Step 2.
