I'm trying to complete my survey but it says I've already completed it

If you are trying to complete a survey after a Path or Webinar and are receiving the error that says "You've already completed this survey" - this article is for you!
There are a few reasons why you might be seeing this, with the most common being that you actually already did take this survey! If this was the last survey in a series, please log in to your well-being program and confirm if you've received credit. If you have, then sit back and relax...you're good!
If it's not the last survey in the series, and you know for sure you have never completed the survey, then there is a chance you are hitting a bug in our system and you should go ahead and submit a support ticket.
If you've completed the program entirely, along with any of the other surveys available to you, but still aren't seeing credit for the program...please submit a support ticket. You can do that by clicking that little 'Help' bubble in the lower right corner of your screen, or by sending an email to support@adurolife.com. Please include the name of the Path or Webinar that you completed, and one of our awesome Member Experience Advocates will push that magic "COMPLETE" button for you!
