There are two places that you can see your health screening results - via your member platform or in the ADURO mobile app. If you are not seeing your results in the mobile app it's important to check your member platform online before submitting your question to us.
First, log in to your member platform through your favorite browser (preferably Chrome or Safari). Go to the MY RESULTS then click on HEALTH RISK. If you see your results there, have your points (check points history), and the requirement has been checked off (refer to your home page) then you are good to go...even if you aren't seeing the results in the mobile app.
KNOWN ISSUE: (as of 1/18/19)
We are currently aware that there may be some users who complete the screening requirement through a doctor's visit and submitting a health provider screening form or home test kit may not always see the results populate in the mobile app. Our team is on it and working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Continue to check in on your mobile app to see when it gets updated.
If it's been longer then 2 weeks and you aren't seeing your results anywhere (mobile or web) please resubmit your form to us through www.adurolife.com/submission.
