Every program is unique and has their own set of rules. Be sure to check with your HR team to determine whether significant others or other dependents are eligible to participate in the well-being program as well.
If they are eligible, navigate to your well-being program's home page and click on "GETTING STARTED." That page will have instructions on how to get that account activated. Typically you will need to know your LAST NAME ONLY, employee ID (oftentimes simply adding an "S" to the end) and date of birth. The image below is an example of what you might see...programs vary.
**REMEMBER** Everyone has their own individual account. It is linked, but not connected to the primary employee's account but is a separate login and password. Additionally, every account must have a valid and unique email address to activate it. You can't use the same email twice.
